New Stats From The Aesthetic Society (ASAPS)
Dr. Graham recently blogged about the national statistics from the ASPS (American Society of Plastic Surgeons). This is the large national organization of board certified plastic surgeons. The ASASP (American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgoens - The Aesthetic Society) is a smaller national organization of plastic surgeons whose specific focus is cosmetic or aesthetic plastis surgery. Dr. Graham is a member of both organizations, but the Aesthetic Society is more relevant, since our practice is mainly cosmetic in nature. The 2019 statistics for the nation were released recently, updating the piblic on the trends in aesthetic plastic surgery.
The top plastic surgery and non-surgical procedures are similar.

Interestingly, male breast reduction is the second most common male cosmetic procedure according to the ASAPS. Buttock enhancement (BBL) is less common, but procedures hace increased from 2018.
We agree. We are seeing ever more gynecomastia and buttock augmentation patients.
