Male Face: Case 4 (20915)
Description
This 68 year old man consulted Dr. Graham about the appearance of his neck and lower eyelids. (The upper eyelids were addressed at another time.) He was otherwise healthy. He did not like the sagging and vertical bands or folds along the front of the neck. He did not like the lower lid bags and skin looseness. Dr. Graham suggested a neck lift and lower blepharoplasty. The neck lift procedure includes jawline improvement, although less than with standard facelift. The lower eyelid tuck includes fat and skin removal, and support of the ligaments. We also suggested placement of the patient's own fat in the cheeks to reduce age related volume loss (fat grafting). He decided to have the procedure in our accredited office facility. His recovery was smooth. His scars healed well around the ears and hairline. He had little downtime. We apologize for the before photos being copied from a print and showing lower image quality.
