Body Buttock Enhancement: Case 5 (30636)
Description
This 35 yo white woman came to the Aesthetic Center and consulted with Dr. Graham. She found us through online research of various plastic surgeons in the area. She had been dedicated with her exercise and diet, but couldn't achieve desired contours in her flanks, hips, buttocks and abdomen (her torso and butt). She was satisfied with her thighs. She had tried Coolsculpting elsewhere, without much benefit (she's a better candidate for surgical liposuction than non-surgical treatment). She was in good health and well informed. After assessment, Dr. Graham's recommendation was liposuction of the abdomen, flanks, and sacrum. To improve the lateral hip indentation and the upper buttocks, we recommended fat transfer / fat grafting. This is also known as Brazilian Butt Lift or more accurately Safe Subcutaneous Buttock Augmentation. She liked her lower buttock without alteration. During surgery over 4,000ml of fat was removed and 1,200ml of fat graft was placed. Compression garment with foam pads was used postop. She had almost no bruising. After healing, she is very happy with her improved contours and "my jeans fit good." Her tummy, waist, hips and buttocks look great.
