Breast Areola Reduction: Case 3 (30647)
Description
This 30 y/o woman consulted Dr. Graham at the recommendation of her mother, as a happy prior patient, for breast lift. She had breast-fed 3 children, now noticing that her breasts were sagging, lacked tone and contour. Her areolas had become wider and she wish that they could be smaller. She chose a combination of procedures, but the breasts were handled by mastopexy using an inverted-T scar and a very small implant, which added upper pole contour and projection she liked.
