Breast Asymmetry / Deformity: Case 5 (22240)
Description
This 32 yo woman brought her husband to her consultation with Dr. Graham. She wanted breast implants to achieve a more flattering look. She wore a 36 B bra, had breast fed two children, and had no prior breast disease. She stood 5' 8" and weighed 140#. Her right breast was larger. She did not need a breast lift, but would see benefit from breast implants. She wished to be a full D cup post-op (which she achieved). They scheduled the procedure at our on-site surgical facility. Saline implants were used, and her asymmetry was treated by using more saline fill in the left implant (but similar sized implants). Intra-op adjustability is one of the advantages of saline implants. From the beginning she was pleased and "over the moon excited," "I got boobs!" and "I love them." Her new bra size was 36 D or 34 DD (in Victoria Secret). Photos show her 9 month result.
