Facial Eyelid Surgery / Blepharoplasty: Case 1 (09233)
Description
This 44 year old patient selected Dr. Graham to perform her surgery after consulting several plastic surgeons. She wanted improved eyelid (periorbital) appearance. The droopy lax skin above the eyes bothered her. She was healthy. She had a moderate history of sun exposure. She had no vision problems. Other facial cosmetic issues were addressed by a facelift. A combination of procedures was recommended to improve the look of her eye area. Eyelid tuck alone would have reduced excess upper lid skin, but it would not have provided as much improvement as the addition of browilft (endoscopic). This also allowed reduction of frown lines between the brows. Obagi skin care was important in improving her skin's appearance. She underwent blepharoplasty and recovered well. The incision scars were very fine. Friends noticed the improvement in her appearance. She was kind enough to speak to other prospective patients about her nice experience.
