Facial Facelift / Necklift: Case 12 (13844)
Description
This woman in her mid-60s wanted a better appearance of her cheeks, jawline & neck. She was in good health and was a good candidate for facelift surgery. She chose our practice after consulting other plastic surgeons. As an important adjunct, Dr. Graham recommended skin texture issues be addressed with skin care. Skin looseness, both in the face and neck would not improve significantly without surgical tightening. Surgery also allowed the re-suspension of lax deeper tissues (SMAS in the cheek and platysma in the neck) and restored more youthful contours of her upper cheeks. Neck bands decreased greatly. She told us she was very pleased, both with the process of care and her results. She is an experienced educator in the health care field, and was highly complimentary of our preparation and responsiveness.
