Facial Facelift / Necklift: Case 22 (22789)
Description
This 58yo woman consulted Dr. Graham about facial rejuvenation. She wanted brighter looking eyes. She wanted less facial and neck sag. She was active and in good health. Dr. Graham noted loose upper eyelid skin and minimal fat, cheek laxity & jowling, neck laxity and platysma muscle bands. He recommended upper blepharoplasty and standard facelift altered to enhance her individual features. The procedure was done in our accredited office surgical facility under anesthesia. She had some postop nausea which resolved. She received our standard two postop lymphatic massage treatments to minimize swelling. There was very little bruising. There is a three dimensional improvement of the facial sagging. Jowls are minimized. The jawline is well defined. She had excellent contours and a subtly enhanced appearance.
