Male Breast / Gynecomastia: Case 8 (1711736)
Description
This 43 year old man consulted us after a family member was so happy with their results for another procedure. This gentleman had success loosing a tremendous amount of weight, resulting in very loose skin over much of his body. He was very fit and healthy. The areas which most bothered him were his chest / breast area and his abdomen. Various options were discussed to handle his skin excess in those areas. Dr. Graham offered extended abdominoplasty and combined removal of breast and chest skin. We did also suggest he consider circumferential lower body lift and chest excision extending around his back, which he decided against; all of this work was done from the front in a single procedure. The postop photos show scars fading well several months after surgery. He enjoys more options in clothing now. Pants fit much better. He is please with his appearance and comfort.
