Body Tummy Tuck / Abdominoplasty: Case 12 (18329)
Description
After researching the internet, this 44 year old mother of three chose Dr. Graham and The Aesthetic Center for tummy tuck and liposuction. She wanted to improve the contour of her tummy, flanks and inner thighs. We discussed how liposuction could help those areas and why abdominoplasty would be a more effective choice for her tummy. She was 5'4" and 150#. She had 3 C-sections, leaving a bikini area scar that we would remove. Looseness involved all three layers of the abdomen (skin, fat and muscle). The flanks were mildly full and convex. The inner thighs touched while standing. Afterward her torso is nicely shaped all the way around. The inner thighs taper well. She went from a size 6/8 to a size 4! The postop photos were taken at 7 months therefore additional scar fading can be expected. As a plus, she thought her breasts looked a little better after her tummy was tighter.
