Breast Augmentation : Case 35 (14766)
Description
This 42 year old woman came to Dr. Sutton Graham at the recommendation of her friend who had had breast augmentation. She said she was very impressed with her consultation experience. She wanted larger and firmer breasts, which implant augmentation can help achieve. She was 5' 7" at 150#, with two children who were breast-fed. She was otherwise healthy, and worked out 3 times per week (she was able to resume that 3 week post-op). She had moderate sagging of the gland, but not the nipple, so breast lift was not necessary. She chose subpectoral saline implants through an inframammary approach. This was done in our nationally accredited onsite surgical center. She recovered easily and quickly. She went from a 32 B before to 34 D after. In her own words, "I am very happy. I wish I would've done it sooner. Dr. Graham is very nice and professional.
