Breast Augmentation : Case 43 (15288)

Description

This 29 year old woman was very pleased with her breast augmentation, and very complimentary of Dr. Graham and his staff. She was referred by her friend, who was a patient of The Aesthetic Center. She had done online research about the procedure and our results, and she talked to coworkers at the hospital where she worked. Her request was to improve breast appearance and size, and to avoid a lift if possible. She wore a 36B cup bra and wanted to fill out a C cup and improve the sagging appearance. Typically the latter requires mastopexy and more visible scars, but she was a candidate for implants alone, accepting that the enhanced breasts would still settle somewhat. Augmentation was done with subpectoral 325ml implants through an areolar approach. Recovery was smooth. During her follow-up visits she repeated how pleased she was, how much she liked her new look, and how much better she looked in clothing, including tank tops. One her written survey she complimented the highly positive recommendations and online reviews, the very short wait time, the preop sizing experience, the helpful staff, and repeated "I Love Them!"
