Breast Augmentation : Case 80 (1421862)

Description

This 31 year old Asian woman had loss of attractive breast fullness and contour after pregnancies. She wanted to get her body back after children. She was other wise healthy, with no personal or family history of breast disease. Her breast exam was normal aside from laxity and descent. She wanted to improve her breast size by one to one and one-half cup sizes. She wanted to fit in her clothes better. She came in wearing a 34 B cup bra. After examination and consultation, we tried on sizers, and she picked her own implant size based on her desired appearance. Her procedure was done in our nationally accredited surgical facility. Her recovery was uncomplicated. She was very happy with her results.
