Breast Augmentation : Case 40 (15146)
Description
This 33 year old mother of three children wanted fuller, perkier breasts, somewhat restored to her before-pregnancy state. She was referred to Dr. Graham by another patient who was a friend of hers. She was healthy, she stopped breast feeding two years earlier. She worked out 3-4 times each week. Her breasts were healthy, but had moderate settling (ptosis). She asked to restore shape without a breast-lift if possible. She wanted to increase from her prior cup size of 34 B to D cup. Subpectoral saline implants were placed via an inframammary incision. The left was filled to 300ml and the right 325ml, because of preexisting asymmetry. She obtained an attractive result, told us she was very pleased, and referred several other friends to our practice.
