Breast Reduction: Case 29 (22789)

Description

This 58 yo woman had for years discomfort from her large droopy breasts. She wanted to be more comfortable physically and to look better in clothes and bathing suits. She and her husband enjoy lakeside living. She had worked to exercise and loose excess weight (30#). She also wanted a tummy tuck during the same procedure. She had had 2 children, a hysterectomy, and no onging medical problems. Her initial procedure included reduction mammaplasty and abdominoplasty. Approximately 450gm was removed from each breast and they were lifted greatly. Liposuction was done to improve the lateral breast and lateral chest fullness. Nine months later she decided to have small saline implants (125ml) placed to enhance projection and upper breast contour. This is unusual, but gave her the result she was seeking.
