Breast Lift / Mastopexy: Case 38 (30647)
Description
This 30 y/o woman consulted Dr. Graham at the recommendation of her mother, as a happy prior patient, for breast lift. She had breast-fed 3 children, now noticing that her breasts were sagging, lacked tone and contour. Her areolas had become wider and she wish that they could be smaller. She preferred to remain about the same bra size (34 DD). Finally she wished to not have to wear a bra all of the time. She also sought information about tummy tuck and Mommy Make-over. We answered her questions and proposed solutions, thoroughly discussed what each part of recovery would entail, when she would resume driving and exercise. She chose a combination of procedures, but the breasts were handled by mastopexy using an inverted-T scar and a very small implant, which added upper pole contour and projection she liked.
