Breast Lift / Mastopexy: Case 42 (3505122)
Description
This 26 year old woman noticed increased breast sagging after two children. She wanted breasts with a lifted, natural, more attractive appearance. There was no prior history of breast problems and she was in excellent health. She did not need a breast implant, having plenty of her own breast tissue. We recommended a mastopexy procedure, which removed excess loose skin, and elevates the sagging gland back up onto her chest. The nipple and areola stays attached to the gland and shifts upward. This procedure generally preserves natural sensation and the option for future breastfeeding. She was very happy with the result and glad to add her before and after photos here to help other women understand the possible benefits.
